Admin: Viewing Demographic Statistics
Administrators have access to a variety of demographic charts that offer insights into the composition of the user base. Here's how to view different demographic statistics within the admin tools.
Accessing Demographic Statistics
To begin, scroll down to Demographic Statistics from the Admin Tools menu.
Selecting a Chart Type
There are several charts available for administrators to view:
- Gender Distribution: Shows the breakdown of users by gender.
- Ethnicity Distribution (Hispanic or Latino): Displays the percentage of users who identify as Hispanic or Latino.
- Race Distribution: Provides a breakdown of users by race.
- US Citizen Distribution: Offers insight into the number of users who are US citizens.
- First Generation College Student Distribution: Highlights the number of users who are the first in their family to attend college.
- Classification Distribution: Breaks down users by their classification (e.g., Freshman, Sophomore, etc.).
To view a specific chart, click on the Chart Type dropdown and select the desired category.

Downloading the Data
The Download Data button downloads a CSV file filled with all the users demographic information without any inidvidual names, emails, or UIDs being revealed.

Use this guide to help navigate and interpret the demographic data available to you. The visualizations can aid in making informed decisions and understanding the diversity of your user base.

- Refresh the page to see the most recent updates.
- Check your internet connection.
