How to View Your Points History
Welcome to our guide on how to view your points summary and history
Step 1: Sign in with Your Google Account
In order have access to points and point history, you need to be signed in with your Google account. Click on the Sign in With Google button and then select the account you have used to sign up with us and you will be redirected back to the dashboard.
Step 2: Locate the Points Summary Portion of the Dashboard
Here you are able to see the total number of points you have accumulated through your time as well as a short list of the most recently awarded points. From here you can click on the "View Point History" button to view a more detailed breakdown of these points.
Step 3: Click on the View Point History Button to see Detailed History
Once you click on this button your detailed point history will pop up. This will show a breakdown of all points you have ever received. Points can be awarded in two ways, one which is done automatically through attending events, and one that is done manually by MABS administrators. These different sources of points are differentiated on this list by the green and black labels for attendance and admin-awarded points, respectfully.
Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues during the viewing or login process, here are a few tips:
- Ensure you're selecting the correct Google account.
- Check your internet connection.
- If you believe that there is an error in the summation of your point total, contact an admin as they are able to run a command to rectify any totalling issues.
